I am trying to make an alpha-sim from a mfALFF contrast map created by using SPM (but no REST toolbox), and always appear the same error when I try to calculate the smooth:

I'm new to REST and would like to use AlphaSim for my study. When I try to run AlphaSim, it always gives me following error message:

Undefined function 'bwlabeln' for input arguments of type 'double'.

you told us how to set the "0" in the X direction before, using REST by the code:[Data Voxe Head]=rest_readfile('1mm.nii.gz');Data(1:90,:, :)=0
but how can we set "o" in the Y/Z directions?

各位老师，现在已经得出了双样本检验的显著差异脑区，下一步我想用临床的评分来评价这些显著差异脑区与评分的关系。
我的问题是：1.我分别提取每个被试的每一个显著差异脑区（例如:A脑区、B脑区）的平均FC值，然后用Excel直接做相关性分析，这种做法是否可取？
                  2.我分别提取每个被试的每一个显著差异脑区（例如:A脑区、B脑区）的模板，然后用REST的rest correlation analysis来做每个显著脑区与评分的关系，这这做法得出的单个脑区的R值，假如R-peak是0.7，而平均的R值是0.3左右，这样的R值我们在写文章的时候应该呈现哪个值比较合理？

请问，用DPARSFA分析数据，出现如下错误

我要做灰质体积与行为指标的相关，根据已有理论，我欲分别考察两个系统的灰质体积，一个是DMN系统，一个是Pain Matrix系统（使用WFU自己作的mask），已经有了这两个系统对应的2个mask。结果，如果在全脑上进行矫正，很多假设中的区域不能过矫正，而那些相对最强的cluster又与假设很契合，因此希望在这两个mask内来做矫正（PNAS上采用这样的处理办法）。

如果我希望在一篇文章中分别回答这两个系统的灰质体积是否与目标行为相关的话，

1.1 我在迟疑究竟是否必须把两个mask合并，然后在更大的mask内做矫正，这样的话，有几个预期中的cluster就不能存活。请问我能否分别进行两次计算，在每个mask内做矫正？
1.2 如果可以的话，矫正方法是否必须相同？

2.1 AlphaSim和ns校正下的结果比较一致，但过不了FDR和FWE矫正，您觉得使用这两种矫正方法可以接受吗？
2.2 如果可以接受的话，哪种方法更好呢？
