Input .img/.hdr files in DPARSFA

 Dear experts,

I wanted to seek confirmation that DPARSFA runs exactly the same way regardless of whether the input are .nii images or .img/.hdr images? In your script it seems that the code accepts both formats, but I wanted to be sure that using .img/.hdr files gives me the same result as using .nii images would.

关于flexible factorial design的问题

老师您好：
      四组被试(三组病人，一组正常人)，每个人分别有三次扫描，定义了两个主效应：group(组)和condition(代表三次扫描)；一个交互效应：group*condition。采用spm的flexible factorial design设计好矩阵，想看group和condition及这两者的主效应，contrast weight分别应该怎么定义？

关于contrast设置问题

    各位老师大家好，我一共有两组数据（一组病人给予药物干预，另一组不干预。每组病人都进行了干预前后的磁共振扫描）。我把两组数据都用spm做了longitudinal预处理。现在用Flexible Factorial Design 对两组纵向数据进行统计分析，得到下面的一个矩阵图（G1代表干预组，G2代表对照组，C1代表干预前，C2代表干预后，Age是协变量）。我想问一下老师要看G1组干预前后两个时间点配对比较、G2组干预前后两个时间点配对比较分别怎么设contrast?  组别G主效应、时间点C主效应怎么设contrast？谢谢
