谢谢您对我上一个问题的帮助。现在还有一个小问题:严老师介绍了sliceview的一个小功能——CL.report,我已经用它得到了所有的clusters及其相应的参数,但是发现有一些cluster很大,并且列出了很多个脑区,我该从这些脑区中怎么做选择?下面附上一个cluster的参数:

首先,看Peak的坐标: 9 -69 27,其所在的脑区是Precuneus或者说Cuneus_R (aal),结果中必须给出。
其次,看有voxel数量最多的有意义的脑区,左右脑,灰质白质,某个脑叶,如果不是特殊研究,一般不说,这里voxel数量最大的是Precuneus
基于以上两点,Precuneus应该是这个团块的主要脑区。
另外,如果你对某个脑区非常关注,也可以在结果中给出,比如对后扣带感兴趣,根据文章的需要也可以讨论,但并不是结果的主要脑区。

1. 在结果列表中列出来,不做详细讨论。
2. 手动看看-12 -90 -42在什么位置,然后给出结果。如果确实无分区名称,结果列表中peak点所在脑区的名称可以空出。不过这个坐标看起来是在脑脊液上吧,建议还是要仔细分析下结果。
