近期碰到几个问题
拿出来大家看看：

做统计分析结果呈现的时候，因为是手动配准，用的AFNI tlrc坐标，最终结果在各种工具中呈现结果不同：
rest slice viewer效果最好，与模板匹配

同样的结果放到MRIcroN就不匹配（我用的模板和mask是同源的）
可能是MNI坐标与tlrc坐标不同的关系

在spm里面也一样 不匹配：

   按照DPARSF做了数据的分析后，对于结果我们怎么评价呢？是不是结果难以解释就是不可信的？请问如何了解数据的可靠性？是不是和前人的观点一样就是正确的呢？觉得有些茫然。。。

PubMed应该是大家用的最频繁的一个文章检索和发现工具了，不知道您有没有想过从PubMed看到一篇感兴趣的文章后，不仅自己看，而且还想从这篇Paper开始进行一番讨论/评论，这样不仅能加深自己对一篇Article的理解，也能从大家的讨论中来发现问题进而提出问题。

PubMed should be a most familiar tool to search and find our interested papers. If you do not only want to check an article from PubMed but also want to discuss or comment the article, I will show you the method below since discussion may strengthen our understanding of a paper and also push us to find a question and make a furthur step to promote a question.
