请问使用vbm做数据预处理的正确做法

各位老师大家好，我最近在学习使用vbm8进行T1结构像数据处理，一共有两组数据（一组病人给予药物干预，一组不给予干预。每组病人都进行了干预前和干预后的磁共振扫描）。我想咨询下老师，纵向数据预处理是运用vbm8手册上的下面这1步同时处理每个病人的干预前后两个时点数据就可以了吗？还是要每个病人的两个时点数据分开处理（第一步estimate and write,  第二步smooth)?谢谢

AlphaSim error message

Dear Experts,

I'm new to REST and would like to use AlphaSim for my study. When I try to run AlphaSim, it always gives me following error message:

Undefined function 'bwlabeln' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Error in rest_AlphaSim (line 78)
   [theCluster, theCount] =bwlabeln(fim, connect);
